The variable speed control allows you to set the correct speed for certain types of fruits and vegetables in order to retain their maximum nutritional value. 3 pre-set programmes are also included as buttons on the control panel; Ice Crushing, Pulse and Smoothie.
Ice Crushing delivers a 30 second pulse cycle for delicately crushed ice. Pulse mode has intermittent bursts for quick, efficient blending and the Smoothie pre-set brings 60 seconds of continuous cycle for ideal smoothie consistency.
The 1.5L glass jug is ideal for creating large quantities of soup (up to 50°C), smoothies and milkshakes, so everyone in the family gets a perfect portion. A detachable blender base is incorporated into the glass jug for easy cleaning, as well as allowing you to access the strong 6 leaf blending blade for a thorough clean and dry. The double lock safety system also ensures the blades remain safe at all times.
A 500g brushed stainless steel grinder is included as part of the set; the perfect kitchen assistant for blitzing nuts, creating pastes and finely blending coffee beans. A thermal cut mechanism is built into the body of the table blender to protect from overheating.

Do you deliver to my post code?
Orders with a value over £15 are delivered to most UK mainland addresses for free. A postage charge of £1.49 is added to orders with a value of under £15.
Orders for large (eg those that can't be sent via Royal Mail) items to some more remote or offshore areas may subject to a supplemental delivery fee to cover the extra cost of delivering to these regions.
Delivery areas that may be subject to this supplemental charge include some Scottish regions, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Wight, Scilly, Orkney and Shetland (postcode areas beginning: AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, PO, ZE). This will be automatically calculated and applied in the checkout once you have entered your delivery address postcode.
Occasionally we may be unable to deliver certain products to remote regions. Please contact us if you're in a remote or offshore region and we'll be happy to discuss options.
How will my order be delivered?
Someone will need to be available to receive, check and sign for your order.
Large heavy items (eg garden and conservatory furniture sets and large barbecues) will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest publically accessible kerbside of your property. For these items please ensure you have the resource/assistance required to take them into your property.
As standard our items are delivered Monday to Friday; however we may be able to make special arrangements with our courier (extra charges may be applied) so please contact us before ordering.
How quick will I get my order?
We typically dispatch orders the business day after the order is placed and they are delivered 1 to 5 working days after dispatch. We'll email you with full tracking information when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 6 working days for delivery of your order.
We only dispatch orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday); we do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays.
Can I receive my order tomorrow?

How can I track my order?
When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number. You can follow the link on your email to see when your item will be delivered.
Festive Period Extended Returns Policy
Our returns policy has been extended over the festive season until 31st January 2022. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item. To return unwanted items that are unused and in original condition please contact us to arrange the return, providing your order number and reason for return. You may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Items must be returned in their delivered condition (i.e. unbuilt and boxed suitable for courier transit).
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once the return is arranged, please ensure your name, address and order number are provided with the product.
How do I return an item?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item. To return unwanted items please contact us to arrange the return, providing your order number and reason for return. I’ve received a faulty item, what do I do next?
All items and packaging are checked upon leaving our warehouse. In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged please notify the courier in all instances. Please do not accept delivery if there is apparent damage - tell the courier and then contact us with details of the issue.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days.
We will require information and images of the damage. We can then advise how to proceed and arrange for a replacement or refund where necessary.
